Student Information System

Welcome to the SFUSD Synergy SIS web pages!

Synergy, or the SFUSD Student Information Systems, is the system that hold all SFUSD student data. Site and district leaders log into Synergy for up to date information on students and teachers log into the Teacher Portal of Synergy to take attendance and manage their grades and gradebooks. In addition to administators, teachers and district leadership, students log into the Student Portal to see grades and attendance and parent/guardians log into the Family Portal for grade and attendance information.


On the Student, Teacher, Families and Admin web pages linked below you will find information and resources to support you with navigating the Portals of the Student Information System (SIS). We update the resources regularly, so if you do not find what you are looking for let us know by emailing Help@sfusd.edu!

System Maintenance and Announcements

System Maintenance

Synergy maintenance happens two times a month. Regular system maintenance allows us to stay up to date with the latest functionality and security enhancements. During the Synergy Admin, Teacher, Student and Family Portals are unavailable while we perform required maintenance from 6pm Friday to 12 pm Saturday.
